If a dose looked wrong
This is the one to send, and please do send it. Tubside works out doses from published chemistry, and a dose that moved your water somewhere you did not expect is a bug in that arithmetic — not user error, and not something to shrug off. It is the most useful thing anybody can report.
The app can assemble the report for you. On the dose screen there is a This dose looks wrong button. It gathers the tub it was solving for, the chemical strengths that tub is set up with, the reading the dose was calculated from, and the fortnight of events around it, then hands the file to the share sheet so you can mail it here.
Nothing is sent automatically, and nothing goes anywhere until you send it — the app has no network access at all. You can read the file before it leaves your phone.
If you want your data out
Settings, under Your data. Export writes a file you can keep; back up writes one the app can read again later. Both go wherever you send them and nowhere else.
The reason both exist is that the only copy of your readings is on your phone. Nobody can recover it for you, so getting a copy out has to be something you can do without asking.
Anything else
Bugs, a tub the volume list does not have, a chemical the app does not know, a test kit it handles badly, or a piece of advice that reads as nonsense — all welcome at the same address.
If you are reporting something the app told you, a screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.
What Tubside will not do
It will not tell you the water is safe on a guess. Below the confidence it needs, it says to test before getting in, and it means it. If you have found a case where it claims more certainty than it has earned, that is a bug worth reporting and it will be treated as one.
